IT TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide IT support to Arkys clients
  • Handle client incidents, problems, and requests
  • Assemble and deploy workstations
  • Manage user accounts and security access
  • Research solutions to various and complex problems
  • Document interventions in our system
  • Follow operational standards
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Skills required

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other peripherals
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts
  • Comprehension of basic cybersecurity principles
  • Possession of a driver’s license
