JOB SUMMARY
As an IT Specialist, you will support the technical support team as a mentor and the highest technical authority. You will provide assistance for issues requiring a deep level of knowledge in your areas of expertise. Your interactions will mainly be with Arkys employees, with very little client contact. This is a permanent position that includes incentives to keep you at the highest technical level.

JOB DETAILS
- Key contact person and final escalation point for support
- Maintenance of our systems
- Document the resolution of problems and actions taken
- Transfer knowledge to the rest of the teamHandle level 3 incidents or issues
- Document operation standards to facilitate task completion by the technical team
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of standard network protocols
- Knowledge of virtualization systems, particularly VMWare
- Ability to provide recommendations based on client business needs
